PRODUCT USE: As the name indicates TempShield™ should only be used for temporary periods of time and during specific types of emergencies. By using this product you and your staff agree to strict compliance with policy and procedures as outlined in school emergency plans.
CLEANING: TempShield™ may occasionally need to be cleaned. TempShield™ should be cleaned with warm soapy water ONLY.
PROPER USE: Like any other emergency tool, clear instructions should be built into policies and procedures to provide proper instruction on how, when and under what circumstances TempShield™ should be used.
WARRANTY: Your 2- year warranty begins with the date of purchase. The 2-year warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to properly store the product.
STORAGE: This product should always be stored in a secure location away from areas where TempShield™ can be tampered with.
MAGNETIC GRIP: TempShield™ should be stored at room temperature for best magnetic grip results. TempShield™ should be stored for emergency deployment i.e. (in a desk). Users should not roll product during storage.

By purchasing TempShield, the buyer agrees not to hold Correctional Security Products, LLC. liable or responsible for inappropriate use of this product. The buyer agrees that all school policies and procedures must be adhered to FIRST while using this product. The buyer also understands that TempShield™ is designed to be used for short and/or minimum periods of time, and in compliance with local policies and procedures.
This product should only be stored in a secure location away from and or where students do not have access. This product should not be stored on the ground. Users should not roll product during storage.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Due to the uniqueness of the items (amount of weight involved in each shipment) we sell, we respectfully ask you to adhere to the policies below. Please consult our Customer Service Representative at 505-710-3851 prior to completing any returns. In order to properly receive credit, refund and/or exchange products the following must be adhered to: Provide a letter making a request and the reason for the request and include original container/packaging. Product must be the wrong size, exchanging defective or damaged TempShields must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Rep 505-710-3851 (return authorization number). Product must be returned within 7-days of delivery receipt. There will be a 15% restocking fee, and all products should be returned to 1708 Brantley Drive, Gulf Breeze, Florida 32563-9363.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
We promise to get your order shipped within 72- hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) We use the following carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx Ground & DHL. Most shipments should arrive within 7-business days. Upon initial purchase, TempShield™ will incur all shipping costs to our customers. If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the items of your order that are in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
